Papers Submission
Paper’s language and Submission format
The paper’s language shall be fully in English, so as all presentations during the conference. The paper scope touches all topics concerned the systems engineering. All submitted papers will go through “EasyChair” online system and be subject of at least 2 referee reports organized by the Academical & Industrial Co-Chairs of the Program Committee. The paper format shall be 12-page Word-PDF or Latex (or 15-slide PPT-PDF tolerated for this selection step).
Publication of proceedings
The conference proceedings will be published by Springer Verlag (Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing) in a dedicated book. More information can be found on the Information for Authors of Springer Verlag’s website.
The conference proceedings are also referenced by DBLP, Scopus, EI and ISI.

Paper submission deadline: September 1, 2020
All authors must submit their papers through our electronic submission system before the deadline. No other submission process will be accepted. They can, as mentionned previously, submit their paper as a 12-page Word or LaTex or in a 15-slide PowerPoint. The maximum number of pages has to be respected.
Camera ready final paper for publication – November 30, 2020
After the results announcement the October 29, 2020, the authors of accepted papers (i.e. full version of papers selected for a 15min talk and abstract of papers for the Posters Session will both be published in the conference proceedings) are now called to re-submit a final version of their paper and sign/upload the publication agreement through EasyChair, mandatorily before November 30, 2020. The camera-ready version shall be Word or LaTex and templates agreement can be downloaded by the links below.
