Yu Jianfu

YU Jianfu was born in July 1963.

Mr. YU Jianfu became the General Secretary in March 2017.

Before his appointment as the general secretary of CNS in 2017, Mr. YU Jianfu has held different positions in higher education，government agencies and the state-owned enterprise.

From 1987 to 1994, Mr.YU was the Associated Professor of China Youth University of Political Studies.

After that, Mr. Yu had been working as the deputy director of the Business Management office in Training Center of the State Economic and Trade Commission for 10 years.

From 2004 to 2008, Mr.YU worked in State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). He used to serve as the director in the International Cooperation Office of Cadre Education and Training Center of SASAC and the director of the General Administration Office of SASAC.

Mr.YU was the Deputy Director of the General Office of CNNC from 2008 to 2009.

In 2009, he was assigned as the Deputy General Manager of Sichuan Environmental Protection Engineering CO. Ltd. of CNNC.

In 2010, Mr. YU worked as the Deputy Director of the general office in CNNC.

From 2011 to 2017, he had been the president of the Nuclear Industry Management College（the Training Center of CNNC）.

Mr.YU got his doctor degree of System Engineering and Management in Chinese Academy of Science.
