Doctor Guan has 10 years of working experience in research, development, training, consulting and application of industrial engineering and system engineering methodology in Aerospace Engineering. She mainly focuses on the business process management (BPM) in the whole value chain of product development & design, supply chain management, manufacturing and quality; And model based system engineering (MBSE) in the management of Aerospace product’s whole lifecycle.
