Zhang Jian

Vice Secretary General, China Instrument and Control Society (CIS)

Mrs. Zhang Jian is Deputy Secretary-General of China Instrument and Control Society. Since 2008, she has been engaged in the management, development trend and strategic planning research work of the instrument and meter industry at the China Instrument and Control Society. She has been working in this filed for over 10 years. Mrs. Zhang has solid foundation in theories, technical knowledge and engineering. She is mainly responsible for the work on science and technology rewarding, talent training, decision-making consultation, etc. As the person in charge of the project or the main participant, she has completed a number of projects commissioned by the Chinese Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
